Sometimes good advice doesn't cost a fortune

Digital Spring's mentorship programme offers four artists or arts-based businesses the opportunity to be individually matched with an experienced professional from the sector.

Over four meetings in 2027–2028, you will have a dedicated mentor to exchange ideas with, offering personalised support, advice and fresh perspectives on a specific question, idea or challenge related to your artistic practice or business.

The programme concludes in March 2028 with a joint gathering where mentors and participants can meet, exchange experiences and share what they have learned.

Mentee commitments

  • Apply with a specific question, idea, challenge or need related to the development of your business or professional practice.

  • Commit to four two-hour meetings with your mentor during 2027–2028. At least two meetings must take place in person, including the first meeting.

  • Attend the closing dinner, where all participants will have the opportunity to meet and share their experiences.

  • Complete an individual evaluation survey at the end of the programme.

  • Have a business based in the Stockholm region.

  • Be a member of Cirkuscentrum or Danscentrum.

  • Participate in an introductory session, either individually or together with the other mentors.

  • Attend a joint kick-off dinner in mid-March 2027.

  • Arrange and attend four meetings with their mentee during the programme. At least two meetings must take place in person, preferably the first and last.

  • Attend the closing dinner, where all participants will have the opportunity to meet and share their experiences.
